I cooked a whole chicken in my slow cooker yesterday - it had been defrosted the day before. I've saved the juices in the fridge and skimmed the fat off the top - is it safe to freeze the juices to use in soup another time?
Thanks

Yes, you can, ive often saved the juices for later and frozen them in an ice cube tray, or an old one pint milk carton (washed out, of course!!!)
