Terms and conditions

1. The Greek National Tourism Organisation competition (the "Competition") is open to residents of the UK aged 18 and over.
2. The Competition is not open to employees or agencies of Guardian News & Media Limited ("GNM"), their family members or anyone else connected to the Competition.
3. Entry into the Competition is acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
4. To enter the Competition, fill in the boxes on this page as requested and click the 'Submit' button.
5. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
6. No responsibility is taken for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt.
7. The Competition closes at 23:59 on Friday 23 January.
8. The winner will be chosen from a random draw of entries. The judges' decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. The winner will receive a trip for two adults to Greece including return economy flights with Aegean Airlines from London Stansted to Athens and then on to any available destination that Aegean Airlines flies to in Greece. The return flight can be from any local Greek destination served by Aegean Airlines to London Stansted via Athens. The prize also includes three nights' bed and breakfast accommodation in a double room in a hotel owned by either MYCONIAN COLLECTION (www.myconiancollection.gr) or MARIS (www.maris.gr). All additional room costs, expenses, meals and incidentals to be settled by the prize winner. Travel costs, transfers, travel insurance, visas, meals (other than specified in this paragraph), living expenses and any other costs not specifically included within the prize and referred to in this paragraph are the responsibility of the winner. Flights and accommodation are subject to availability.
10. Flights are not available on the following dates:

30/04/09 - 03/05/09
05/06/09 - 09/06/09

11. The prize must be taken before 30/11/09. (Hallelujah! One I can enter!!!)
12. The winner will be notified by GNM by phone or email by February 06 2009 and will be given the contact details of GNTO in order to accept the prize.

13. Details of the winners can be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the following address: The Guardian Marketing Department, 90 York Way, London N1 9GU.
14. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes. GNM accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize, including, without limitation, meals, living expenses, insurance, visas and transfers.
15. GNM retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
16. The winner may be required for promotional activity.
17. No purchase necessary.
18. GNM accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Competition or accepting the prize. GNM further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Competition. Nothing shall exclude the liability of GNM for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
19. GNM reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Competition with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control.

That's a weird bit of wording! Many people share a computer, are they saying "one entry per household" and if so, why not say so?
