yep! but only the last month or so. We've changed all the bulbs to energy saving, the heatings on timer, im not using tumble drier and switching all lights and switches off like a woman posessed! I was even contemplating not putting the xmas tree up so I wouldnt have to pay for the lights:rolleyes: but think that was a step too far! saying that DS has just gone to bed and I've already switched the tree lights off! I've been reading all the meters weekly and can't see that its making any difference though?
oh and I've just signed up fo rthe £20k by xmas challengeJan GC £0/£2000 -

thanks, its been a long hard slog over the last 12 months, my mum kept us in food parcels for the first 6 months and everytime I phoned her her first words were always 'how much do you need this time?!!!' Despite the massive amount still outstanding, i finally feel that we are getting somewhere and I am now in total control, i can account for every penny that goes through my bank account, i know I sound sad!Jan GC £0/£2000

It's alot of the little things that add up that makes a difference, in a few months you won't have the heating and lights, so your bills will comedown
