Yeah it's always £1.50, except the products in their new 'Minerals' range start from £2.50 i think.

Did anyone order from here and are still waiting for their order? My order was dispatched on the 15th Dec and I still haven't got it. I've taken into account delays due to the holidays but surely 2 weeks is a bit much. Customer service is closed until next Monday so there's no point in calling them.

I ordered from them and mine too was dispatched on 15th and I received it on 17th Dec so looks like yours may have got lost in the post

Hi Ammie just to 2nd what sindy say;s I ordered during the November promo, just checked order was placed at 10.40 i received it 2 days later, so they are really quick.
I think you should give them a quick email as yours has probably gone astray.

Thanks that confirms it then. Did you have to sign for the parcel?

Given the history of my lazy postman who just leaves packages outside on the ground without even ringing to see if you're home, and my thieving neighbours I reckon it was stolen, but I know no attempt was made to deliver it to me. I hope I don't have any trouble getting replacements sent to me.

My order was just in a jiffy envelope which postie stuck through the door. They do seem like a good company so I'm sure there won't be any problems, let us know what happens.

would just like to thank luvvlyjubbly, my parcel finally arrived no thaanks to royal mail who when i redirected delivery lost my parcel. but it's here now and i've tried all the bits and i've got to say i love the quality for the price it's great.
