Credit Report Agencies

Hello again!!

Can anybody tell me if there is a specific area of this forum I can talk specifically about Credit Reports (Experian and Equifax etc) and what is contained in them?

If anybody could tell me where to post my question that would be great...I only posted this here because it's my favourite part of the forum!

Thanks
LL

  • Hi Loubie-Lou
I'm trying to find some help re credit agencies! My query is that I requested a report from Experian and received it today, but most of my debt isn't listed on it! I would love to think this means that I don't owe anything - thank you debt fairies! - but in reality I know this is not the case. Whats your prob?
    Thanks
    Karren

Some lenders dont report stuff. For example, none of my NatWest history appeared on mine, even though I had a credit card for years with them. When I called them to ask why, they said they dont make this info available unless asked specifically. So I cancelled my account seeing as it isnt helping me with my credit history.

My question is: Should I be registered with on the roll on every address I've lived at since leaving home? Should i de register myself when I move as it were?
