Interesting product that a mate of mine forwarded to me, which will be good for those that are looking to shed those extra Xmas pounds (or if you're like me, the ones gained prior to Xmas 
).
This is music that you listen to whilst running / training & is designed as a regime, so that there are slower-paced segments & faster segments, all timed to give you a proper workout. There's a free sample here:

I've been looking for a site like this for AGES! It's music that's made JUST for runners? How mad is that?!? I put AudioFuel in the Pod a couple of days ago and I've been flying on it ever since.
