Extra Winter Fuel Payments

Just wanted to see what the general publics views were as opposed to listening to the usual cr*p from politicians & commentators on the radio.
Suppose it is money saving considering that it will save our "Assembly" money..
Considering that Heating oil is comming down in price quite a bit now and Food prices have dropped a bit and they are expecting gas & electric to drop in the near future, do you think they should dish out extra money for extra winter fuel payments... I know details as usual from the Dopes on the Hill are pretty scarce but just interested in what people think
