I was declared bankrupt on the 2nd Dec and have been waiting to hear from the OR. This has been almost as stressful as going bankrupt!
Anyway she just phoned and said there would be no need for an interview:j as the amount I owe is small (£8,000) and my reasons for bankruptcy did not need further explanation.
I am unemployed and on jobseekers so there is no question of an IPA.
The relief is tremendous, like a massive weight lifted from my shoulders.
