    I'm in the Navy and I know we have to respond to CSA correspondence without delay. And the CSA can have the money taken direct from their pay.

  • if the father is on 'active duty' the csa cant take any enforcement action on the case until the postmaster (pay section for armed forces) say they can

    Any enforcement action taken against the armed forces is at their discretion and they can and do decide that no maintenance can be taken and there is nothing the agency can do about it.
