Cheap cheese at Asda, £1 a pack

Can't find this posted before. Instore at Asda today there was a display of cheeses at the end of an aisle that included
500g Brie
300g Stilton
Pack of Wensleydale and Cranberry,around 250g
Extra Special Vintage Cheddar 200g

    Yes, sorry for not making it clearer. Each different variety was £1 a pack.
  • is this just a local offer? There was absolutely nothing like this in my local Asda today, and believe me I searched the store high and low as I love cheese :p

    At the end of the aisle - big sign saying £2 for cheese and then much smaller yellow SELS sayin £1 for some.

    These cheeses selling for a £1 are on the website as well
    Febuary NSD 8/14 March NSD 9/11
  • Selling at £1 in Asda. West Bridgford (nottm). They're at the end of the aisle near the pizza's !

    No wonder I couldn't find them then! I was specificaly looking for a variety pack of cheeses for a pound!:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

    My OH thought I(or you!)were telling porky pies!:eek:

    Saw the individual ones though, thought they were a bit pricey & not so much of a bargain as a multipack of cheeses for £1!:rotfl:
