Terms & conditions

1. All entries must be submitted by midnight 10th January 2009.
2. All entrants must be over 18 years old.
3. Only one prize is available.
4. The prize consists of one Triumph Bonneville motorbike.
5. One year's road tax is included in the prize.
6. Motorbike insurance must be arranged and paid for by the winner in advance of collection. No accessories (helmet, gloves, etc) are included in the prize.
7. Actual prize may differ from illustration.
8. The winner, or whoever intends to register the bike, must have a valid full UK motorbike licence.
9. The bike must be registered before collection, for which proof of insurance will be required.
10. Proof of age and proof of licence may also be required.
11. The Triumph Bonneville will become the sole responsibility of the winner as soon as it leaves the dealer's premises.
12. The motorbike will be delivered to the nearest UK Triumph-authorised dealer to the winner's address.
13. Collection from this dealer must be arranged and paid for by the winner.
14. In the unlikely event that the prize should become unavailable, BAA reserve the right to select a comparable prize of equal or greater value.
15. Prize has no cash value and is non-refundable.
16. A winner will be selected completely at random under independent supervision and the winner will be contacted by BAA by email or letter within 28 days of the closing date.
17. Your participation in the competition will allow you one entry into the prize draw.
18. You will not be able to enter the competition more than once.
19. This promotion is open to all UK residents aged 18 and over, except for employees of Triumph, BAA Airports Ltd or any companies or agencies and families directly connected with the creation and administration of this promotion.
20. BAA's decision regarding selection of the winner is final and no further correspondence shall be entered into concerning the matter.
21. BAA assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
22. The winner may be required to participate in publicity arising from the award of the prize.
