Hiya! I couldn't find this week's thread so thought I'd start it
This week we're having:
T - (veggie) pie, chips, peas and carrots
F - cheesy fish bake
S - [strike]chicken jambalaya[/strike] chicken supreme
S - [strike]moroccan lamb and cous cous[/strike] shepherds pie
M - tuna pasta bake
T - [strike]chicken curry[/strike] beans on toast
W - pasta bolognaise
So what are you having?

Thursday - scrambled eggs or fried eggs and black pudding and toast
Friday - whoopsied chicken pie and mash
Saturday - slow cooker stew
Sunday - stovies
Monday - soup
Tuesday - left over stovies with baked beans
Wednesday - chicken and veggie curry with flatbreads
as much as possible hm. Porridge for breakfasts and hm soup/sandwichs for lunches.

F - dad's cooking curry for us - yum!
S- out at aunt's house for a pre-xmas evening
S - veggie-filled h/m yorkshires, with gravy
M - breaded haddock with potato wedges for kids + OH, and jacket potato for me
T - salmon with couscous
W - tuna pasta bake0 -

Thursday – smoked salmon quiche, salad
Friday – fish pie, HG veg
Saturday – HM broccoli and stilton soup, HM bread
Pizza and Strictly
Sunday – lunch as Saturday
Lamb breast, rolled, stuffed with Moroccan breadcrumbs and roasted with roast potatoes and veg
Monday – quorn stir fry
Tuesday – chilli and rice, salad
Wednesday – pumpkin and parsnip risotto
I’ve baked today – brown loaf, white loaf, bread rolls, mushroom buns (I promise a photo tomorrow when they’re iced), 2 apple braids, apple pie, quiche. That should keep us going

Friday: Lasagne, garlic bread and salad, sticky toffee pudding

Sunday: Roast chicken, pots, gravy and mixed veg
Monday: Pasta with fresh sauce, garlic bread
Tuesday:Chicken pie, roast pots, veg
Wednesday:Mum's house

thursday slow cooker vegetarian chilli and rice
friday Root vegetable cooked in honey and mustard sauce, with chickpeas and mash potato
saturday easy vegetable lasagne
sunday hm salmon and asparagus quiche with couscous
monday vegetable currru and rice
tuesday slow cooker vegetarian sausage casserole and mash
wednesday pasta with stir fried vegetables and a lloyd grossman sauce!
It going to be the same again for the following week as i am cooking double and freezing half!It's the start of the no takeaway challenge.0 -
Here's mine for the week - trying to use up stuff in the freezer to make room for Christmas, and a new start in the New Year.
Here goes:
Tonight: HM Lasagne from the freezer with garlic bread, yoghurts for pud
Friday: Fish and HM chips
Saturday: HM bolognese
Sunday: HM Moussaka from the freezer
Monday: Chicken Jalfrezi with rice
Tuesday: At Mum's
Wednesday: Winter Omelette
I shall do a little more meal planning later this week for the run-up to Christmas, and then in the New Year be extra frugal.Have a good week everyone.

Monday - Lentil, pepper & tomato soup, Naan bread with sponge pud & custard
Tuesday - Fish Steaks, mash & beans
Wednesday - Sweet & Sour chicken with rice
Breakfasts - Porridge, on offer sugar puffs (89p Netto), toast, pancakes.
Lunches - HM soups, sandwiches, leftovers.

As from this evening's shop:
Breakfasts are cornflakes, banana and coffee for hubby; porridge or toast with coffee for me and milk for the LO.
Snacks will be apples, bananas, yoghurts or fruity flapjacks.
Friday: We just had creamy mustardy mushrooms on toast for lunch
BBQ root veg stew with noodles (going to attept to use my new slow cooker for the first time so wish me luck!)
Saturday: Lunch out at grandparents' house
Turkey korma and bought naans
Sunday: Sausage and stuffing pie, mash and veg
Egg sandwiches and crisps followed by cake
Monday: Spicy root veg and coconut soup with bread
Double cheese, tomato and mackerel pasta with broccoli
Tuesday: Spicy root veg and coconut soup with bread
Leftover stir fry and rice
Wednesday: Cream cheese salad sarnies for hubby - probs beans on toast for me as LO with grandparents
Spinach and cheese lasagne with salad
Thursday: Cream cheese salad sarnies for hubby - sarnie of some sort for us
Moroccan bean stew and couscous
If anyone is still peckish after dinner, will be snacks as above or tinned peaches and custard.Love and compassion to all x0 -
