Wouldn't submit for me either....but if you click on the last input box ( I think it's county) so your cursor is in there, then press Enter, it should work. Worked for me just now, and came up with page saying Thanks for entry.

Ha ha, maybe I shouldn't have given my secret away

I've come across this prob before and think I discovered the pressing enter thing, just by chance. Think I pressed Enter instead of Tab by mistake once, and it submitted my form before I had finished!

What browsers are you all using? Im using Chrome, don't know if it makes any difference?
