im not that bright or i would not be in this mess!
Im confused what do i do about bank account? im told i cant open new one till im bankrupt others say i can??

Whilst I agree that at the stage you are at you cannot open a new bank account before your bankruptcy my insolvency practitioner has told me that you only need to declare your bankruptcy if you intend to borrow £250 or more.
