What can I do to help friend in debt?

Hi there, just wondering if any of you have some ideas or thoughts on this: a good friend of mine has been paying off a £25k debt for the last 2 years through CCCS. I'm very proud of her: she's very responsible about it, and hardly ever complains, but obviously there isn't much money left to play with. While I'm not debt-free myself (student loan and mortgage) hers is a much more serious situation, so I want to try and help her out where I can. However, I'm worried about offending her. What would be a 'safe' way to help her out now and again? I try to suggest doing things together that don't cost much, invite her over for dinner, buy a round whenever there's something to celebrate (so she will accept it) etc, but she's quite proud and insists on paying her own way most of the time.
Her birthday is coming up so was thinking of giving her some vouchers so she can treat herself.
I've also suggested this website to her, but I don't think she really uses it.
