I've managed to speak to them, there is a technical fault, now I've got to wait for them to ring back! They wouldn't take the order over the phone.0

I'll keep my fingers crossed for you!
Last week i also ordered another pair of boots for my daughter which were £27. They were delivered full price. They're now £12 in the sale, I ordered them again, but they say 1-2 week delay. Do you think if I returned them with the full price note after the 10 days, it will still credit me the full £27?0 -

Managed to get in for my 5pm slot, site not slow as I was expecting. Got most items apart for a few tops for myself. Boots were highly discounted got a black pair from £35 to £15 and a brown pair from £50 to £20.
I was very controlled this year buying mainly work stuff for myself and stuff I know my kids need.
At least I don't have to get up early on the 27th - used to when my kids were babies but now I find they like to have a say in what I buy.
Happy Christmas fellow Next addicts!!0 -

I have always found them quite lenient with the 10 day limit, especially around sale tme.0 -

I was able to log into my 5pm slot early too. Just as well - things I wanted were selling out pretty quickly. I had about 12 things out of stock but then I did have a rather long list LOL. I'm well chuffed and it means I DON'T need to get up early for the instore sale on Boxing Day (yes, the sale starts Boxing Day in Scotland).
Good luck to everyone who has later slots! :santa2:0
