I think they are updating VIP page. When I log in it shows now:

“Be the first to order from our Winter Sale, with all Sale items half price or even less.
Not received an email?! Don’t panic! You can sign up now!”

But below there is still info re: Autumn Sale
I do not have a link to VIP sale on the right either so can’t sign up.

i dont understand that, we should all be equal, if we shop with them then its only fair everyone gets the chance to be invited, have u ever had a vip invite? or are they saying you are not on the list for this sale, because that has happened to me before,think last summer sale, they told me i wasnt on the vip list this time. heres hoping!!!!

well its true, everyone should get the chance to be a vip customer and get the opportunity to experience being a vip, it only fair to all.

i have just spoken to Next. She said I HAVE got a VIP slot and should of/will be being sent an email.
I asked could she book the slot over the phone and she said no sorry. She also read out some text which all of the call takers had been given she said, which went on about under no circumstances booking phone slots for people so early and they must wait until sunday to give the emails chance to be sent out.
She also said that she herself hasnt been sent a vip email yet.

so there we go, its just a waiting game. I said i know of a couple of people who have already got their slots via ringing up and she said she didnt know why that had happened and it shouldnt of.

I also rang customer services who said i am a VIP :T

but that i cannot book till i get an email on or before sunday she said under no circumstances booking phone slots for people so early and they must wait until sunday to give the emails chance to be sent out.

so its a waiting game i'm afraid, will constantly be refreshing my inbox :rotfl:
