can anyone help me with hsbc overdraft charges please. i took my account out when i was at uni. I now have a 600 quid overdraft limit and last year i was charged over 500 quid in charges due to me going over my overdraft limit. Apparently they have put up there cost to 25 pound per transacton when you pass your limit. I had no idea of this and do not remember siging anything in th T&C. If i ever passed my od limit at uni i was charged next to nothing yet last october when i was between jobs i was charged 125 quid in one month. It seems a little expensive. I also said to the women on the phone that means i can spend 1000 on 1 transacton over my limit and get charged 25quid or buy 10 things at 1 pound and get charged
