We always had cheese and onion baked potatoes at our card evenings when I was little. Baked potatoes, cut in half with the insides scooped out, then mashed with chopped onion, grated cheese and then the cheese mixture put back and sprinkled with grated cheese on top.
They can be made in advance and then put under the grill to warm them up and melt the grated cheese topping. Yummy!0 -
You can also make HM Pizza's and leave in the fridge until ready to put it in the oven. They don't take long. Maybe a chocolate cake or similar for dessert.Don't worry about the world coming to an end today. It's already tomorrow in Australia.0

Lasagna , salad and garlic Bread is easy and can be made in advance0

I was going to say lasagne too! Or french bread pizzas (less baking!) or maybe H/M burgers or quiches?

How about a casserole of some sort - Coq Au Vin, Chicken Chassuer etc? Or a one pot chilli, curry or pasta sauce?0
