buying from the internet bogus firms

i have just finished a transaction on the internet for a present for my daughter at christmas a c.mpu.er £ 389 my first big order.:j
after browsing the internet after finishing the transaction I then reliased that the firm i have just used my DEBIT CARD on are not reliable
i have tryed to cancel the transaction by telephone ,fax, with no answer
all i can get is an automated reply from an email
i have asked the bank for help but they said it is between you and the firm
a debit card is like a cheque guarentee card .guarenteed payment there is nothing they can do
CAN SOMEONE OUT THER GIVE ME SOME ADVISE
or have my fingers been burnt and these people arelaughing all the way to the bank HELP

the name of the firm is consoleup.com do not ever use this site very bad it is now been 10 days after i ordered my item from this firm and i payed for next day delivery0
