After you have done security q & ticked box to sign up to emails, scroll back up before submitting as they add in date of birth, that might be why it's not accepting.

I have actually got that Heathcotes book and it's got some good recipes (some very cheffy recipes also but still...) The chocolate pots recipe is one of the easiest EVER, and it's fab.
