Take care with this site as it does not have a home page or any info on who is running it.

I put in my name and (spam buster) email address - it then gave no more info and I could not go anywhere else on the site. It will be interesting if I receive my plan or whether they are just address collecting.

It does look a bit dodgy
  • If your worried about this site being a spoof then perhaps you check first with this site as they seemed to be associated?

  • We've been running a giving up smoking website, and we've used a programme called silkquit which is really good, and it counts how long you've given up and how much money you've saved. You can get this for free, and it is reliable, and they don't do any spamming or anything.

    http://www.silkquit.org/sqmmiv/meter.aspx

If you go to the bottom of the page, there's a box saying download and donate, but underneath this there is a line saying you can download for free.

Hope this is helpful to someone. I've had it running for 9 months, 3 weeks, and 6 days. Hurrah.... still doing ok.
