No, but I have just looked on their website and they appear to be no more than an 'IVA Factory', which is looking to make a tidy sum out of the misfortune of 'debtors'.
My advice would be to talk to CCCS - 0800 138 1111, National Debtline - 0808 808 4000, who can check to see if an IVA is, indeed, the most applicable solution to your debt problems, as there are many solutions, most of which can be administered by the aforementioned charitable organisations without costing you a penny, in fees. Being Charities, they are not driven by the need to make a profit, whereas Chase Saunders certainly appear to be so motivated.
In the event that CCCS, NDL or one of the other debt charities, agree that an IVA is applicable in your case, then they will introduce you to a reputable Insolvency Practitioner.
Please don't fall for the advertising 'hype' of 'writin off your debts over 5 years' without doing careful research.I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.

Highly dodgy - also go under the names of The Debtline (so as to be confused with National Debtline) and Citizens Debt Advice Bureau (to be confused with the CAB)
