Large Foil roasting tray for cooking Turkey?

Last year I didn't need one as I wasn't cooking the Turkey but this year I'd like one so I can just chuck it away afterwards, any ideas where I can find a Large Foil roasting tray/dish for the Turkey? The turkey is 7.8kg so has to be kinda large!

Thanks for any help! :D

Really? Our locals x 2 (both small) don't seem to stock them yet, they did last year but so far nada! Will just keep looking, thanks.

  • Hi there, there are some massive ones in Morrisons, if you have one near you.

Poundland have them too (not sure how huge as only saw them in passing).
A waist is a terrible thing to mind.
  • Might want to try Robert Dyas if you have one near you or you can get them online I think.

Just checked the Robert Dyas site it's £2.49 for 1:eek: , think I've seen them in Poundland too, other than that if you can't find them we usually pick up a cheap large roasting tray for a £ in tesco Asda or Morrison's (tbh I'd be worried about dropping the Turkey if it was in a foil tray but I can be a bit clumsy) I'm lucky my oh wash's up after I've cooked a roast:A

I don't know how big a tray you need, but I saw some roasting trays in Wilkinsons yesterday for 99p. Not foil ones, just normal ones - the sort you'd cook your Sunday roast in.
