Dear Wendy,
Whilst answering your email, I had a look at your reviews and your account.
Unfortunately, because so many of your reviews are not up to our standard we
have had to close your account.
We must do this to remain fair to members who spend much time on all their
reviews, and to remain useful to consumers using the site to research
products.
We appreciate your understanding.
Best regards,
Your dooyooTeam
ok most of my reviews were 250 words or more and all my points were authorised. and now for my hard work on doing the reviews i get shut out and not paid. anyway my account has been removed too which is a bick kick in the teeth
well i dont know where to go from here as i feel used by this.
anyway i hope you guys dont have this problem.

heres one of my reviews
I enjoyed weaning my daughter and she enjoyed it too , here are my hints and tips and i hope people find them useful.
1 . I would always recommend you buying you baby a really good highchair because weaning can take some time .
2. I would recommend using the plactic or rubber bibs because it can get very messey and if your out and about the disposable bibs are great too .
3. Be very careful because certain baby foods stain clothing so its always handy to keep oxy clean or a product called cactus jacks stain removers which consist of little bullets that you rub on your clothes these cost around £15.00 but you get loads of bullets and one bullet lasts you ages I have the above product and it never fails getting rid of the stains.
4. I would recommend any mum to use tommee tippee weaning spoons i think these are brillant they change color when the baby food is too hot for your babys , you can get them in diffrent colors and are available at many supermarkets in a pack of 6 for £3.00.
5. When it comes to baby food i would recommend you weaning your baby on a varitey of food jars and fresh etc my daughter loved sweet potatoe and butter squash .
6. If you make your own baby food or give you child a mixture of jar and fresh another tip is to make your baby food in advance and freeze it just make sure ts cool before freezing it and always label it so you know whats what .
7. Try not to give your baby too much sweet stuff like desserts because your baby will get use to this and refuse other foods .
8. When moving onto solids dont panic about your baby choking and dont delay in giving solids to your baby cause is delays their development .
9. If you are worried you can buy something called munchkin fresh food feeder which is available from toys r us for £5.00 , its a thing your baby can hold and you cut piece of fruit or veg up and put it in the net part where your baby can chew or suck and it reduce the risk of choking because the netting only allows tiny piece of food through .
10. Enjoy every moment and remember only you will know whats best suits your baby because alot of people are critised for feeding their babies jar foods when really their babies will only eat jar.

Cossie. I dont know what these companies need in terms of grammar and spelling etc but your review on that score is not really up to scratch.
Also, it doesnt sound as though it is a review, as such...its more a small recap of your experience.
To be honest, it isnt something I would want to read as a review of a certain product so maybe that is why they have cut you off.
Just thought i would let you know from a strangers point of view but sorry I couldnt be more complimentary.0 -
Hi,
I too got my account canceled recently.
And what I wonder about Dooyoo is first they make points redeemable by making us in hope for a payment......and then all of a sudden closing the account..........how strange is this.....!!!!!!!!!!
What I mean if you make the points redeemable it should mean that they have gone through the review and it is up to their expected standard. And if it is not they SHOULD NOT make the points redeemable.
I have came across few people on this forum who had reached the £50 payout and then got to know from Doyoo that their reviews are not up to the standard......?????? How disgusting is this....???

A few points and questions here. In what category did you post this? Was this in a category for a specific piece of weaning equipment, or in a general category? What sort of rates and comments did you get on it? I wouldn't be surprised if it were posted in the wrong place (it's easy to do, and you wouldn't be the first to do it).
You've not proofread this - there are many spelling, typos and grammatical errors ('critised' for 'criticised' ... 'whats' for 'what' and so on.' Having said that, that's not usually enough to get your account closed (though it irritates me greatly, but I seem to be in the minority there).
What were your product reviews like? How many did you write? Did you copy stuff from other websites without attributing the source?
Feel free to PM with more examples, telling me in which categories you posted, and I'll give you more feedback if you wish. Although dooyoo have become stricter with their standards lately (partly, it must be said, because of the influx of MSE members coming on and churning very short reviews for the 50p posting bonus), they are not unreasonable, and they're not unapproachable. I'm a guide there - as I say, if you'd like more feedback, please shout.
In general, reviews should be written as if you're writing professionally - after all, you are getting paid (pennies, admittedly, but still paid). You should spellcheck, proofread, and do your research. You should never copy work that isn't yours (except quotes that are attributed) and it will ultimately help you if you read around the site, and see what earns crowns.
Guides are available to help and advise. Feel free to pick our brains.
cheers.

I had this problem and emailed them to complain - it turns out that one or two of my reviews didn't have 150 words of genuine review (ie some of it was chit chat). They admitted they had been a bit harsh in just cancelling the account though and reopened it for me to amend some of the reviews that weren't quite right.
Since then I've had £40 of amazon vouchers, which helped with Christmas!
I would recommend messaging one of the guides and asking them for help (there are a few on here so maybe do a "FAO Dooyoo guides" on the forum?
Hope this helps!
