Competition prize not received

Hi
I won a competition from Ideal home Magazine in August and I still haven't received my prize!!
What can i do?
It was a voucher to be spent at Frenchie Interiors.
I ordered a lamp, that they stated was out of stock. They emailed me in November to tell me that they were getting some more in and I would receive it within a week. It never came and they are not answering my emails now. :mad:
Is there a governing body concerning competitions?
I won a competition from Ideal home Magazine in August and I still haven't received my prize!!

Have you tried emailing Ideal Home Magazine to explain your experience? They may not do anything but as it was through them, it's worth a shot.Most recent wins: IPad, Jamie Magazine yearbook, Links of London friendship bracelet, Baumatic ice cream machine! :j0 -
