Seriously though, I would put the majority of it against the CC, saving something like £50-£100 for a treat for myself or the house.

i have the same lovely problem... although mine was £1000 and thru my salary so taxed... i reckon about £700 extra on my wage....
So i am using mine to pay off a chunk of the CC debt and my share of a new stair carpet.... so everytime i walk upstairs i will be feeling the benefit of my bonus...
