Problems with 14 day guarantee and christamas post

Hi Folks,
I've ordered a pair of glasses from glasses direct, they have a 14 day money back guarantee that starts when they put your order in the post.
In case I need to send them back, I'm concerned my glasses will take longer to return than 14 days, and I'll miss the gurantee.
What would you folks do? Do you think its wise to ask them to send me my frames in the new year when the posts back to normal?
Thanks in advance

You could obtain proof of postage from your post office if you have to send them back then you have a something showing the date they were returned on even if it takes longer to arrive with them. Hopefully they would understand the problem at this time of year.0

I have not experienced any postal delays to date, and I order a lot of items! I am sure that fourteen days will be more than adequate for you to try the items and stick them back in the post.Gone ... or have I?0

Thanks for your replies.
Maybe Im being over cautious, but Id like some sort of guarantee if my specs dont fit. Its not like I can put them on ebay if i dont want them.
I think I might just ask them to send them me on the new year?0 -
Just send them an email to say you've posted them. That should be fine.0
