Hi, I havent had my £10 but had my voucher (within 2wks) however someone said you get a pack of 16 pods, i didnt no about that and dont have them either.

i sent mine off just before xmas too and havent heard anything yet. received my voucher for free box of capsules today though so know they got my stuff

Still haven't heard anything!

Got two theories
1/ Post office
2/ I sent the cheque off and it's now registered under my girlfriends name (although it did not mention this being a problem on the terms and conditions)

Does anyone know if there is a number i can call?

I rang that number and the guy said they had that many that they could be very late!

One thing i have noted though. You guys have stated you've got coupons for your free capsules, yet on the dolce gusto website you have to pay postage and packaging to recevie the actual boxes! Why don't they just send coupons to cut our cost?

....... well i know the answer, it's because they want us to order buy more capsules on site to feel we're getting more for our P&P costs. Not impressed!

I contacted them last week via email and was told that they are still processing the £10s. I applied 3rd Dec so well over a month.

Lets hope that we get them. He didnt/coudnt confirm receipt of my individual application.

Red one looks pretty cool . My mother has a similar model Dolce machine, they make GOOD coffee.
