Supermarket prices and decreasing fuel costs

One of the factors which supermarkets were loudly "justifying" price increases with was the increased costs of fuel and therefore transport.
Now that fuel prices have come down a bit, is it fair to expect that food prices will also reduce proportionately, as transport costs will have reduced again?

Somehow I'm thinking it's not going to happen!
