Currys Price Promise

Currys Price Promise (or any other retailer that offers the same promise).
Do they offer this against themselves.
Ie If I buy a TV from Currys for £600 and they say if you see it cheaper locally for 7 days after purchase at another retailers they will match that price and offer a further 10% of the difference.
Now what if Currys reduce that TV themselves three days later to £550. Is that also covered in the 7 days ie will they give you £50 back?
Has anyone tried this?

Yes they will give you the £50 back within 7 days if the price has changed. I have done this. Not sure about 10% of the difference though, but you could try.0 -
