Please help with bailiffs

There is history here
Me and my partner originally split up in 2003 with a 6 month daughter. Up until 2005 I paid her maintenance. Then she got remarried and she stopped me seeing my daughter so I stopped the CSA.
Fast forward to 2 months back and we got back together. I asked her what payments she got from CSA and she told me only the money that was took from my wages and not a penny since 2005.
Now I have had a bailiff visit today claiming I owe £741. On the letter he posted as I was not in it stated I have 5 days to pay otherwise goods will be removed.
My partner had already rang the CSA to say we are back together and the CSA have closed the case. But my partner said she never got the £741 so the CSA never paid her so I don't actually owe them. Or do i?
Please any advice here will be grateful.
Thanks
