Don't really know what thread this belongs in but I'll start her and see what happens.
My daughter graduated; Northams took the photos; Northams sent us the photos; they were the wrong person. Nothing too remarkable here - we'll just phone up and sort it out.
Their phone line was usually busy so it took a while to get through eventually we heard a recorded message - " all operators are busy, please ring later" The the killer blow. "There is no facility to leave a message! Goodbye"
Anyone met anyone worse?
PS in a minute I'll post my BT answer

I know I'm answering my own post but...
BT Broadband stopped working. Rang 0845 600 7030 for Broadband Tech Support. Found someone in India who insisted his name was Christopher but had an accent that could serve curries.
Asked me several questions like did I have a fax machine connected, was there a mobile phone within 5 metres, have I a sky box on the wall. After 15 minutes was told they didn't know the answer and recommended I rang 0800 800 150
Rang the number. pressed various buttons in response to their automated system. Eventually was told "please redial to 0845 600 7030 for technical support - Goodbye"Beep Beep0 -

My advise based on exp with BT:
I would ring up to cancel your broadband, not only will you get through to somebody english you should get answered quickly aswell and this person will more than likely sort your problem..0
