letters to creditors

Hi everyone,
I am a complete newbie at this....help....Please...
I have recently signed up with Pay Plan. They seem to be doing a reasonable job, but i keep getting letters from the creditors. I have been told there is a letter template that you can complete and send to my creditors so they will deal with Pay Plan directly on all issues and not keep sending letters to me. Does anyone know where I can get this template (if it exists). I would appreciate any help.

I'm not sure about Payplan,
but CCCS send you a letter in their pack
Are you sure you didn't get one to photo copy and send to your creditors
