Does anyone know if Tesco ROI gift cards can be spent in NI stores?

Hi I would ring your nearest store and ask at Customer services just to be sure, although you would think so as they are all the same company. Sorry I can't help any further.Do a little kindness every day.;)0

I presume you can't because of the different currencies
On the Tesco Ireland website On http://www.tesco.ie/giftcard/
It says Gift cards can be used as whole or part payment for anything in a Tesco Ireland store.
'Tesco Ireland' seems to be a different subsidiary that only covers ROI.0 -
Thanks guys. I rang Tesco Customer Services up in Britain. They told me that ROI gift cards can only be spent in ROI stores, and they have no facility to accept them in GB/NI stores. Ah well!0
