Southern Electric won't refund

Four months ago we switched our electricity supply to British Gas as part of a duel fuel capped arrangement and are still owed around £100 from Southern Electric, representing overpaid direct debits. Is anybody else suffering similar problems with them? They keep promising a cheque but it never arrives.
