i received a letter today from lloyds tsb, saying that i asked them to make a number of payments for them on the 2nd dec.
i know i never did this because i followed the rules of the DMP and setup another account with Halifax and cancelled all my direct debits and basically i never went near it again and left it to DMC to pay them off, so today i logged into the tsb account for the first time since i started with cccs and seen the dmp is in order and have been paying them off but to my surprise the payment was to lloyds tsb credit card, checking the credit card statement they have had a payment from cccs already and at no time is there been a payment arranged.
is this allowed?.
thankyou for listening and any help would be appreciated.

Did you have any money in the TSB account?
If so, they can allocate that towards any debt that you have with them.
If there was no money in the account and you did not arrange the payments, i would contact them and if unable to resolve what has happened, request a copy of their official complaints procedure.
Or are you saying that the CCCS were supposed to be making a payment to LTSB for one thing and they have allocated it to another? After falling off the gambling wagon (twice): £33,600 (24,000+ 9,600) - Original CC Debt: £7,885.91
