They have stock right now - but only in bundles. Which is a cheek, they obviously have the games but are trying to get you to spend more by buying a bundle. But I know how desperate people are for these, and some of the bundled games are ok, brain training and more brain training... hope this helps someone!

Edit !, Oh I get you now, Professor Layton at Game, thought you meant the game Professor Layton ..... dont worry about me, I am losing the plot I think !0 -

I did wonder if anyone would think I'd missed out the shop! So guess I'm losing the plot right alongside you!!0

Sorry to put so many posts up, but thought I'd just add - I ordered the bundle with big brain, which we alreay have a copy of (just so I could get the prof layton, managed to save £12.50 with game reward points though) and then I saw the more brain training bundle which I don't have. Was too scared to cancel the first order incase they then couldnt process the second (have heard this happening a lot) so may end up with two prof laytons - feel free to pm me incase it happens, more than willing to pass on the extra copy at price I paid.0

They're going in and out of stock - game seem to be keeping on top of orders, updating stock levels all the time according to the orders they're getting.0

I just got one. Checked all of the terms and you can return the any software which is unopened. So the actaul game will be £29.35 less quidco at 9% so £24.94 delivered.Student Loan - £2200, Cleared June 2008

Does that mean you can return the other game in the bundle, or as they were bought like that you have to return both?0
-
My understanding from their terms is that I can simply take the brain training game back for a refund as the actual game (software) will be un open:
- Any software may be returned for refund or exchange within 28 days of the despatch date, providing that the seal remains unbroken on the software.
- Faulty software where the seal has been broken may be returned up to 3 months after the despatch date.
- Hardware or peripherals may be opened for the purpose of inspection (but not used) and may be returned for refund or exchange within 28 days of the despatch date (7 days for TVs). Please note that hardware must contain every component part (cables, memory sticks etc.) before it can be accepted as a return.
- Faulty hardware may be returned for a like-for-like exchange up to 12 months after the despatch date.
- This does not affect your statutory rights.
