Due to be paid Boxing Day?

Hi
My mum is due to be paid Boxing Day but her company have said that she will not be paid until after Christmas - is this right, I have always been paid the last working day before the bank holiday if I was due to be paid on a bank holiday? Does anyone know if there is any kind of law or regulations that state when you should be paid if your payday falls on a bank holiday please?

There's no law or regulation. Usually money will be paid on the nearest working day if it is due on a bank holiday. So I'd guess the Monday after Christmas is when your mum will get paid.0
