Urgent help pls- loan if uk resident under 3 years

Hello,

I urgently need a loan for 5000 pounds and i need to find a bank or company who dosent work by the 3 year resident rule.
I am employed full time with no termination limit contract and i live in UK then resident for more than 1 year and 4 months ( since september 2007).
If anyone have any ideea i desperatly need advice.

    Hi,
    I can stay in uk as much as i want and also i have an unlimited work permit( blue card), hopefuly after the next 3,5 years i wil have the british passport as well.
    I am romanian so therefore i dont need visa , only work permit wich i have with no restrictions.
