Two years ago this Christmas the lovely CSA disclosed my new name and address to my violent and abusive ex husband. They thought an insincere apology and £1200 would send me away happy. However, it didn't and I was outraged that they did not appreciate the effect this had on me and my family, so I fought them, first through the Chief Executive, then ICE and finally my MP and the Parlimentary Ombudsman. I have now recvd the report and they have upheld my complaint and awarded my a further £4,500.00 compensation!! Although a drawn out process it certainly paid off in the end, not only the money which is obviously much appreciated but also they have finally acknowledged the distress this mistake caused.:j
