You can make some pocket money doing online surveys, e.g. join https://www.quickwise.co.uk and every survey they invite you to do earns you 100 points. When you get 900 (£9) you can get your hands on the money.

If you want regular typing work and other similar computer assignments check out places like elance.com or rentacoder.com

Not all the jobs are coding/web designing. People also go to look for people willing to write them content, etc.

I only have experience of employing people from there so you'd have to figure out how to join. The more feedback you get from your customers the better for getting the work as people check you out like they do on ebay.

    Hope that helps?

Hi there I posted before about the company that i work for from home... yes its a real job although its on a self employed basis.
Its not hard work but you do have to put the time in to get paid, i do reach the minimum hourly rate ....

Its not selling, its replying to text messages.
Please feel free to follow the link to the application form if you are interested.
Can i just point out that Ihave no connection to this company other than being a lowley operator, i dont get any commision etc on telling people / getting them to join ( i wish i did as i would no longer be in debt!!)
I have only posted this because I too spent years trying to find a genuine way of earning money from home and i did at last back in august last year and this is it.

PS ; if you are at all prudish or have very high morals do not apply lol ... its not all that bad but im not going to lie to you and say that all the conversations we text are about cross stitch and baking fresh bread
:EasterBun ...what more do I need to say?!
its all in the name of medical science.

    Hi Klare,

I think i remember you posting about this before and was tempted then. Am very wary of sending something of that wants a copy of something like passport and bank details (they have a laugh with my debt tho!)

A few questions. How long did the training bit take, and was it done online? How much would you say it works out to? Ermm i'm sure there were other questions but can't remember

    thanks

Out of interest, how much does it pay?

  • Hi Klare...Im really interested in this and would like to know more. Whats the pay like, do you use your own phone & number, where does training take place etc.

    And lastly...do you enjoy it?

I used to do texting too..

it's not using a phone at all. You have to type into a web application and all messages are sent online.. you get a record of what other operators have sent to the client.. and yes it's not one for the faint hearted.. it's ideal for students and the like but if you're scared of a bit of smut stay well clear..

I used to be paid £5 an hour.. and had to do a minimum of 5 hours at weekends.. and any additional ones I wanted in the week. We had a schedule system and if you didn't do your slot you got in big trouble. Other companies pay per text - I think it's going that way more so..

Quite good fun and easy money really - YOU MUST HAVE A FAST TYPING SPEED AND NOT BE SCARED OF PRESSURE! sometimes it was so busy we were answering over 100 messages an hour.

I don't think the company I worked for are recruiting at the moment.. it tended to be invite only.
