final settlement offer

i have a debt with alliance and leicester of £1250 and the debt collection agency who collect my monthy payments of £33 a month are Rockwell.

I recently offered them £400 as a full and final settlement figure and they have spoken to alliance and leicester and have come back back and gave me a full and final written offer of £650 which imwilling to pay.

They said it will go down on my credit file as a part payment but i will not been chased for any more monies after, does anyone have any advice on what i need to be aware off?

HI, so Rockwell are acting on behaft of A&L ,and this is confirmed ? You need it in writting from A&L NOT just Rockwell saying they agree. Have you requested a true signed copy of a CCA from them ?
