Need A Fixed 10 Year Mortgage (Help)

A need a fixed 10 year mortgage for £35,000, can somebody point me to a bank that can offer me this,and what would be the average rate for this be, Nationwide offered me one at 6.29 last month but has since pulled there 10 year mortgages of the market.

You're in luck - the MiL was banging on about us fixing just last night. Lloyds TSB looks pretty good at 4.99%

must check it out, but i dont think they can do it for people living in northern ireland, anybody else know, dnt think theres any branches over here0
