Christmas Holiday
Mythical

I've been on trial at job I'm enjoying for a week, and it's (currently) looking like I might be staying there (I'm not counting any chickens yet though - I DO still have my doubts)
My concern is that IF I'm offered the job, the last day of my trial would neatly concide with the beginning of the christmas holiday - which is two weeks! So I'd immediately cease to be entitled to JSA, but it'd be february before I'd see any money again! I can't afford to have no income for 6 weeks!
IF I'm offered the job would the DWP make any provision for this?
put simply...I'd have no money till february....what do I DO????

Could you ask the company to give you an official starting date in mid January, and explain your dilema to them?Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0
