Hi all
Right total blond moment here - basically I want to find out if my debts have everything they need to have in terms of CCA (is that Consumer Credit Act?)
I think I understand it to be;
Loans/ Credit agreements taken out prior to 2002 have to have certain things in the agreement is that right? Also my googling has brought up some other queries regarding DCAs and what they need to have to enforce the debts?
I am trying to get my head around all of the rules so I am prepared not trying to shirk any responsibilities at all btw just trying to make sense of my finances.
So can anyone tell me how it works or point me to the direction of the information please?
Many thanks in advance
