Ahh, the staff discount card...the bain of my student years when I worked at Debenhams. Next time you see those nice jeans/top/dress (even in the sales) and you get your 10% or 20% off on top, remember the APR is 29.9%!! Especially if you need to pay it off in chunks of £30, you'll end up paying more in the long term than the regular customers do at full price.

You've budgeted £30 for clothing. I would dig through the wardrobe to see if there's any gems lurking that you've maybe not seen for a while and forgot you had. It will save buying some more on your staff cards and means you'll have an extra £30 spare

Also, do you have any "friends" who can hold onto your cards for you for a few weeks? Just in case you can't stomach cutting them up, so you aren't tempted in the sales.
