These days probably yes
It's a really really good piece of kit though as you can actually work out pretty hard or take it easier some days... it's useful for kids up to aged wrinklies like me lol ... well worth £100 considering what other things cost and you can use the board for other games at a later date:j A-well-a bird, bird, bird...b-bird's the word :j0 -
