We are off to the kids service at 3.30.....used to love going to midnight service but the kids would be awake all night then!!

Good morning all, and how is everyone this Christmas eve?

I had a nice long sleep. OH is still in bed, full of cold - I told him to stay there to try and get better for tomorrow and the rest of this busy week. I on the other hand feel fine today so will get lots of jobs done... have to pop to the shop to get apples and milk and a few other bits but will take my bike so don't have to battle with the lack of parking spaces. Also need to clean and tidy and do some washing... all easy jobs really but lots of them!

Just started to send out all my lush parcels so give me 5 mins and they should all be passed around.

Hope everyone has a stress-free Christmas eve.

Eeeeuuuuwww. Giblets. Why?????

Anyway, the bird looks a lot better now - smothered in the basil/lemon butter I made up last night and covered in bacon. Giblets replaced with onions and lemons and sprigs of basil poking out. :rotfl:

Now cleaning... after a coffee.
