I found it tricky too, and just bumbled about for ages so still don't know what I finally did that made it work, but it defo didn't just come up at the bottom if you know what I mean?!

Once I had sent some parcels on it seemed to work better and then let me make one. It comes up under the applications tab at the bottom if that helps?

:rotfl: :rotfl: You're not far off that's why it's sooo funny! Wasn't expecting them until tomorrow morning so was gonna pack up etc this afternoon... now I've got stuff everywhere. It's me and one other moving... the other lady doesn't work Tuesdays so I had to do all hers as well. Very funny but got filthy and my allergies are all over the place (didn't dose up this morning as didn't know). Should have work pc back up and running sometime tomorrow morning - it's in bits on the floor at the moment!
